Registration fee includes: attendance to the scientific sessions and exhibition, congress material, welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, certificate of attendance.

Fees are quoted in euro (EUR), per person, including 22% Italian VAT. Should VAT increase, registration fees will be adjusted accordingly.
Conference is liable for Italian VAT as it is classed under VAT legislation as “services” and therefore VAT is charged by the services provider (organizers of the conference).
Other Italian institutions and companies subjected to VAT-exemption policies will not be charged VAT provided that they can prove their specific VAT exemption status.

GROUP REGISTRATION

Group Registration is considered when a single person registers at least 10 individuals, and the official Group registration form is used.

The early registration fee will be applied when the payment is received by May 16, 2024, even without the list of participants. After this date, the difference between early and onsite registration fees must be paid for all names not included.
All registrations pre-paid at the early registration fee have to be used. No refund of the pre-paid fees is due by the Organizing Secretariat.
The last Deadline for group registration is August 2, 2024. The final list of participants must be submitted within August 2, 2024.
After this date, registration can be made individually throughout the registration platform.

Group registrations are available as follows:
from 10 to 20 people: 8% discount
from 21 people onwards: 12% discount

PLEASE NOTE:

Fees are quoted in euro (EUR), per person, including 22% Local VAT.
The discount can be applied for the registration fees only. All the others additional services need to be paid entirely.
Group reservation without the individual mailing addresses of the participants will not be accepted. Individual mailing addresses must be included to register a group.

NAME CHANGE:

After June 29, 2024, the representative of the group who wish to make name changes will be charged of a handling fee of Euro 30,00 (VAT included) per name change.
